Full-Time, Permanent In this role, you will assist with field cropping, heavy machine operation, and farming equipment maintenance. If you are a driven, self-motivated individual who is passionate about agriculture and thrives in a dynamic, outdoor setting, we want to hear from you! Primary Duties

Work Environment: Outside Perform key cropping operations including seeding, spraying, harvesting, and other related agricultural duties Safely and efficiently operate heavy farm machinery and vehicles Perform general servicing, cleaning, and routine maintenance on farm equipment, machinery, and vehicles Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair farm machinery Demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to workplace safety Schedule

Monday to Friday Evenings and weekends as needed, especially during planting and harvest season Benefits

Previous cash crop farm experience required Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract Sprayer Operator Licence is an asset Proven experience safely operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining heavy farm machinery and equipment Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual labour throughout the workday Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and proficiency with hand and power tools Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with solid problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends during planting and harvest seasons
