Duties

- Lead and oversee interactive games, challenges, and activities to ensure guests are engaged and having fun.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to guests of all ages, encouraging participation and excitement.
- Maintain a safe environment by monitoring game areas, enforcing safety rules, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Assist guests with questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience through excellent customer service.
- Manage guest flow during busy times, including organizing queues and coordinating group participation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for game tickets or merchandise sales when applicable.




- Support food service operations by assisting with snack bar duties or hospitality services as needed.

Requirements

- Experience working with children or in guest services environments is highly preferred.
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently explain game rules and engage groups of diverse audiences.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings.
- Enthusiastic team player with the energy to motivate guests and foster a lively atmosphere.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
