Title: Developer - GenAI & Automation

Location : Remote

Duration – Until December 31st (high likelihood of extension)

Pay Rate - $65 - $80

Responsibilities:

GenAI/AI Delivery:

- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered agents that leverage LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG frameworks and prompt engineering.
- Design, Develop, test and deploy Custom GPTs/AI Assistants and WorkSpace Agents on ChatGPT Enterprise UI interface for various functional teams at Amgen.
- Drive capability Roadmap through implementation of MCP-based Apps.
- Build Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, N8N and OpenAI SDK.
- Implement highly-effective hybrid RAG pipelines.
- Build integration layers and event-driven orchestrations using N8N (webhooks, nodes, APIs) to connect systems, trigger agent workflows, and implement human-in-the-loop steps.
- Drive experimentation with new features, models, agents, and frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain, etc.).

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

- Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field OR




- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field

Must-have skills:

- 6+ years of professional experience in software development and system design.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building & deploying Generative AI applications, Assistants or Custom GPTs in production centered around OpenAI(preferred), Claude or Gemini.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and building cloud-native solutions (preferably on AWS with services like Bedrock, Lambda functions, SageMaker)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building E2E RAG pipelines.
- 2+ years of experience with Agentic AI platforms and frameworks (n8n, Langchain, AWS Bedrock, Uipath Maestro).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with GenAI libraries (Transformers, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience with API gateways, RESTful services, and secure API integrations.
