We are looking for a Maintenance technician to perform general maintenance tasks in our residential homes in Pointe-Claire.

Respond to tenant issues regarding maintenance, as needed including:

*Plumbing and electrical repairs/Plomberie et reparations electriques

Vous aurez besoin de/You will need:

Un minimum de 5 ans d'experience en plomberie generale, en menuiserie et en reparation electrique dans les batiments residentiels./A minimum of 5 years experience in general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs in residential buildings.

Capacite a soulever plus de 50 livres./Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
