About The Role
Assist tradesmen and machine operators in construction projects
Timmins, ON, Canada
- Erect and break up scaffolding, ramps etc. with attention to safety
- Unload and carry materials at construction sites
- Use equipment to break old structures
- Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures.
- Clean out site from debris and discarded material
- Assist carpenters, painters or other tradespeople in office
- Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods)
- Put up warning signs (e.g. signposts, cones) for vehicles and passersby
Requirements
- G License
- 1 Year Experience
- Basic Hand Tools
- Cellphone with Data Plan
- Working at Heights
