We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Helper to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will support daily operations across food service, hospitality, and restaurant environments. Duties

- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly to ensure timely service
- Support kitchen staff with basic cooking, food handling, and cleaning tasks
- Greet guests warmly, providing friendly customer service and guest support
- Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the establishment
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Restock supplies, utensils, and ingredients as needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Support cashiering duties including taking orders and managing cash transactions
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure quality and compliance
- Assist with general cleaning duties in dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces




- Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive dining experience for all guests

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards is advantageous
- Customer service experience helps in creating welcoming interactions with guests
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or hotel services can enhance your ability to support guest needs effectively
- Barista or serving experience is beneficial for roles involving beverage or meal service
- Strong communication skills are essential for team collaboration and guest engagement
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards consistently
