Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools or supplies
- Support team members with basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Operate basic tools and equipment with proper training and supervision
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and tracking materials
- Complete assigned tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Skills

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting (60lbs),



bending, and standing for extended periods. Working outdoors. Must have a valid drivers's license.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to manual work
