About the Position

Primarily responsible for providing general labour support within the finishing department by preparing the product for gluing, feeding the gluing line and packing finished products preparing for shipping.

What will you be doing?

- Perform hand stripping, waste removal, and quality sorting of carton products
- Feed and support gluing machine operations with correct materials
- Pack, inspect, and stack finished cartons to ensure product quality and safe transport
- Move completed skids to designated staging areas using lift carts
- Follow food safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Report production or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
- Assist with additional production and finishing tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Support quality assurance processes and identify potential quality concerns immediately

What is going to help you be successful?





- Secondary School Completion or GED equivalent or related skills
- No previous experience is required
- 1+ years of experience in the packaging industry, an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials safely
- Ability to work all shifts
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
