Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the worksite
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed
- Perform basic site maintenance including waste removal and site cleanup
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment
- Help with assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment under supervision




- Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards or issues requiring attention

Skills

- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills for clear coordination with team members
- Reliable punctuality and a proactive approach to completing assigned tasks
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
