You’ll play a key role in supporting the Government of Alberta’s shared data network service, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity for multiple ministries.This role spans the full lifecycle of network services from design and implementation to maintenance, optimization, and eventual decommissioning of LAN and WAN infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with senior analysts on both operational support and forward-looking projects, helping evolve network solutions to meet changing business needs.Resolve network issues quickly to minimize service disruptionSupport implementation activities to ensure smooth deploymentsMonitor network performance, analyze trends, and troubleshoot proactivelyInstall, upgrade, and maintain network hardware and softwareExplore and integrate emerging technologies and toolsTo be successful in this position,
