The Canada One Outlets is looking for a skilled, versatile General Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you enjoy a job where no two days are the same, this role is for you. You will keep out facilities protected, functional and looking great by handling a wide variety of daily repairs and routine upkeep.

Duties would include but not limited to:

- General Repairs: Fix doors, locks, windows, drywall and hardware.
- Basic Plumbing: Repair leaky faucets, clear clogged drains and maintain toilets.
- Basic Electrical: Replace light bulbs, ballast fixtures, switches and outlets.
- Property Care: Perform interior painting, wall patching and flooring.
- Preventative Care: Run routine safety checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Task Management: Track work orders and log completed repairs in Yardi App.

Qualifications:

- Handyman Experience: Proven hands-on experience in general building maintenance or construction.




- Tool Savvy: Safe and confident operation of common hand and power tools.
- Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and fix them efficiently.
- Physical Fitness: Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: A self-starter who works well with minimal supervision and has a valid driver's licence.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 per hour
