Role Description This is a full-time, in office General Labourer role based in British Columbia, Canada.

The General

Labourer will assist with day-to-day physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials, moving and organizing inventory, and supporting basic set-up and clean-up activities across work sites or facilities.

Responsibilities may include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following instructions from supervisors, and using hand tools or equipment as required.



The role involves collaborating with team members, adhering to safety procedures, and completing assigned duties efficiently and reliably.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, equipment operation, and safe work practices in a general labour or industrial setting.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
- Demonstrated punctuality, time management, and a positive attitude toward learning new tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; previous experience in general labour, construction, warehouse, or facilities support is an asset.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to work on-site in British Columbia.
