NOW HIRING – PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTION WORKER

Western Canada Concrete Products is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality precast concrete products.

We pride ourselves on providing a team-oriented work environment and steady employment opportunities. Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the manufacturing of precast concrete products
- Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow quality control procedures to maintain high product standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform various physical and manual labour tasks as required
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, rain, wind, and other changing weather conditions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete manufacturing, construction,



or a similar industry is an asset
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and dependable work habits
