About the Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of property restoration projects—from initial assessment through to completion. Your leadership will ensure projects meet quality standards, stay within budget, and exceed client expectations. As you demonstrate success, you'll gradually assume broader operational responsibilities, positioning you to take on the General Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple restoration projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control

- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance partners, and stakeholders





- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and profitability

- Collaborate with ownership to set business goals and growth strategies

- Transition into the General Manager role, taking full responsibility for operations, staffing, budgeting, and business development

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in restoration project management or a related construction field

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

- Strong financial understanding, including job costing and budgeting

- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency with project management tools and restoration software

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

- Availability for on-call rotation and emergency response
