We’re looking for a General Manager to join and strengthen our close-knit team. This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in an established, team-oriented culture where relationships are key, and success is shared.

Your mission will be to provide strategic leadership across all areas of the business, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainable growth while maintaining the strong culture that has made Price Landscaping a trusted name for nearly 60 years.

What You’ll Do:

Business Leadership

- Provide overall leadership and accountability for the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Execute the company's strategic vision while identifying opportunities for continued growth.
- Drive profitability by improving operational efficiency and managing company resources effectively.
- Ensure departments work collaboratively toward company goals.
- Make key operational and business decisions in partnership with the owners.

Financial Management

- Own the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
- Review monthly financial statements and identify opportunities to improve margins
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Establish and monitor KPIs across all departments.
- Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships and major expenditures.




- Work with external accountants, financial institutions and advisors.

Leadership & People Management

- Lead and develop department managers, providing coaching and accountability.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, safety and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear performance expectations and ensure leadership consistency across the organization.
- Support succession planning and leadership development.
- Partner with HR to ensure effective recruitment, employee engagement and compliance.

Operational Excellence

- Monitor production metrics, inventory, and payroll to maintain efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations across landscape construction, maintenance and administrative teams.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and profitably.
- Monitor productivity and implement process improvements.
- Improve workflow across departments.
- Analyze customer satisfaction metrics to enhance client loyalty.
- Implement LEAN management principles to improve processes and reduce waste.

Business Development

- Represent our company at networking events, luncheons, and industry conferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Support sales initiatives and strategic growth plans.
- Strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals to grow our business and market presence.

Accountability

- You will be accountable for the overall performance of the business, balancing operational excellence,



financial success, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Experience leading multiple departments.
- Solid financial and operational management skills.
- Proven ability to improve profitability and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, transportation, or another operations-focused industry is considered an asset.
