Description

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for property operations.
- Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize property performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor property management teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of property assets.
- Address and resolve escalated tenant or operational issues.
