Duties

- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning from food preparation to customer service
- Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a high-performing team
- Manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems such as Micros POS to ensure accurate financial operations
- Monitor customer service levels, address guest concerns promptly, and enhance overall dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness, safety protocols, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant environment
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of orders




- Conduct regular staff meetings to motivate teams and communicate operational updates

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant management roles
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Background in food handling, hospitality, or the food industry preferred
- Ability to manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and kitchen operations
- Experience in interviewing candidates and building cohesive teams
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
