Position Overview

We’re looking for a versatile, motivated jack-of-all-trades to join our growing team. This team lead role is ideal for someone who is organized, thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in solving problems on the fly.

You’ll be over seeing a bit of everything—from guest services to maintenance to site setup—playing a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across the property- organize and manage
- Actively perform and/ or schedule maintenance inside glamping accommodations between guest stays
- Be on-call for any immediate maintenance issues that need addressed
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs (carpentry, landscaping, minor fixes)
- Support setup and takedown for events and special experiences
- Deliver excellent guest service and assist with guest requests
- Help keep the property clean, safe, and visually appealing
- Identify problems and proactively find solutions
- Jump in wherever needed—no task is too big or too small

- Hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus

Compensation This role is based on a salary wage of $45k- $55k depending on experience. There is significant room for growth within the role for the right individual, as the company continues to grow and expand.
