Key Responsibilities:



• Act as an in-house consultant to HR Business Partners • Develop leadership competency frameworks and strategic planning • Analyze talent metrics and foster internal mobility • Design career development pathways for employees • Lead enterprise-wide leadership programs and initiatives

Requirements: • 5+ years in talent management or organizational development • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in financial services • Robust consulting and program management skills • Fluent in English; French is an asset • Proven ability to build credibility with senior leaders
