This role is for a Construction/Municipal Survey Crew Chief – Regina, SK, who ideally has experience in both Construction and Municipal Survey sectors and the desire to grow with an innovative, forward-thinking company.

What you will do

- Legal surveys of subdivisions, condominiums, development permit applications, and real property reports
- Construction survey layout of building foundations
- Survey facilities, layouts, piles, and grading
- Willing and able to travel out of town when the need arises
- Work is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
- Follow safety protocol
- Provide guidance and mentorship to survey assistants
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate field notes, records, and calculations





What you bring

- Strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to Connexa
- A desire for excellence in all that you do
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to liaise with clients
- Creativity
- A degree/diploma from a technical college in Geomatics
- Experience leading a survey crew
- Experience performing precise layout and control surveys
- Experience working on industrial and commercial construction sites
