At Cogir Senior Living, we are seeking passionate individuals focused on enhancing residents’ lives. Reporting to the Health & Wellness Manager or Director of Care, you will deliver personal care and assist with activities of daily living while adhering to company standards. This role requires compassion and a commitment to improving the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the care plan as directed by a supervisor
• Facilitate resident move-ins and transfers as required
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions using proper forms




• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene tasks
• Provide emotional and psychological support to residents
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Health Care Aide program with 500 hours of experience
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Ability to perform lifting and transferring tasks
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
