has an opportunity within our Vancouver Branch for

Senior Estimator

to lead and support the estimating and pre-construction process from early opportunity identification through to project handover to operations. This role will help to implement and maintain estimating standards across branches, while ensuring estimates are accurate, strategic, and aligned with company processes. The salary band for this position is $115,000 - $173,000 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience. Key Responsibilities Core Processes Competitive/Negotiated Works Successful Works Position Specifications Qualifications and Experience Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent Construction Related Technology Certificate Diploma is required 10+ years of experience in Pre-Construction, Estimating, and/or related field Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) sector of the construction industry Knowledge Skills and Abilities Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge is a must Ability to understand and analyse contract specifications,



drawings, scopes of works and other construction documents and communicate these in written text and speech Must have a strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude Supportive of a culture that encompasses the highest ethical standards aligned with the Company Core Values, candidate must possess a strong work ethic Must be self-motivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged Robust analytical, above average mathematical skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Together Building Better We have a
