St. Andrew’s Valley Golf Club is looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our Turf Team for the remainder of the golf season.

No golf course experience is necessary. We provide training.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, likes hands-on work, and wants to learn how a golf course is maintained. You’ll be trained on a variety of tasks and equipment, with a mix of manual work and operating turf-maintenance machinery.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Turf Team, your responsibilities may include:

- Mowing turf using riding mowers and walk-behind equipment
- Raking and maintaining bunkers
- Line trimming
- Divot repair and general course maintenance
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
- Assisting with other turf and golf course maintenance duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous golf course experience, but you do need to be dependable and ready to work.

Successful candidates should be





- Reliable, punctual, and committed to regular attendance
- Comfortable with early morning starts, as early as 6:00 a.m.
- Available to work every other weekend
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Able to perform physical, hands-on work
- Positive, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
