We’re looking for a skilled Grader Operator to join our growing asphalt division.

This position is essential to proper base preparation and final grading, ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

Duties

- Operate grader equipment efficiently to level and prepare surfaces for paving and construction activities.
- Assist with paving operations by ensuring proper grading and surface smoothness.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure protected and optimal operation.
- Collaborate with team members to execute site plans accurately, maintaining safety standards at all times.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs when necessary.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout all tasks.

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating grader equipment, with familiarity in grader operation techniques.




- Experience in paving, site grading, and general construction activities preferred.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or relevant licensing for operating large equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment use on construction sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
