About the Role

GetTruckDrivers.com is looking for an experienced, full-time Graphic Designer to join our growing creative and marketing team.

You'll create high-quality, visually polished designs that strengthen our brand, communicate clear messages, and ultimately help turn viewers into clients.

You'll work closely with our marketing and creative team to develop designs across websites, social media, paid ads, landing pages, sales materials, and other marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Design high-quality assets for websites, social media, paid ads, landing pages, and internal marketing materials
- Create visuals that support marketing goals and strengthen our overall brand identity




- Work closely with our marketing and creative team to turn ideas into clear, compelling visual concepts
- Incorporate photography and other visual assets into polished, cohesive designs
- Maintain consistency across designs while following established brand guidelines
- Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to continuously improve quality
- Manage multiple design projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
- Take ownership of your work from initial concept through final execution
- Stay current with design trends, tools, techniques, and best practices

Requirements

- Professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing-focused environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across web, social media, ads, and other marketing assets
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent professional design tools
- Experience incorporating photography into design work
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and branding
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while still bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for your work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines




- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a team
- Open to feedback and continuously looking for ways to improve

- Photography experience
- Experience designing for social media, paid ads, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
- Experience working with B2B brands, agencies, or service-based businesses
- Experience designing funnels, websites, presentations, sales materials, or training resources
- Understanding of performance-focused design and how creative decisions impact engagement and conversions
