Role Description This full-time Graphic Designer role is an on-site position based in Brampton, ON.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and layouts for print materials, signage, and digital assets, ensuring designs align with client brand guidelines and project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing files for print and production, collaborating with internal teams and clients to refine creative direction, and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. The role also involves reviewing proofs, ensuring color and quality consistency, and maintaining organized design assets and documentation.





Qualifications

Strong proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with print and signage production requirements.

Demonstrated ability to create clean, professional layouts, visual identities, and marketing materials for both small and large-format outputs.

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail and visual consistency.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret client needs and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience in print shops, sign production, or related graphic solutions environments is an asset.

Willingness to learn new tools and techniques, and to support occasional hands-on production or prepress tasks as needed.
