Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the design, layout, and production of image assets and graphic strategies across:

1. Digital: Websites, blogs, email, and ads
2. Social Media: Facebook and Instagram
3. Marketing Collateral: Flyers, posters, coupons, and other promotional materials
4. Corporate Communications: Logos, media kits, presentations, and brand/style guides

- Understand and incorporate our marketing philosophy and values into all creative work.
- Develop and execute innovative, engaging, and visually appealing designs.




- Conceptualize and design digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and paid advertising assets.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts that align with client goals and brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
- High-level proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Expert knowledge of graphic design principles, digital design principles, and web standards.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and design storytelling.
- Passionate about all things design and storytelling.
- Able to manage a diverse workload, learn and adapt quickly, and take direction from others.
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and basic video editing.
- Preferred experience with simple website design platforms such as WordPress and Wix.
