Hourly Wage: $21.25

Location: Grand Villa Casino

Key Responsibilities

- Lead others by example and deliver extraordinary service and food.
- Be a time‑management star, handling multiple demands and thriving in a team environment.
- Work evenings and weekends, including night shifts when required.

What You Bring

- Two to five years in a cook position or extensive culinary experience.
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
- Red Seal or equivalent certification is an asset.
- Foodsafe Certificate is an asset.
- Solid understanding of meat, starch, sauces, soups and food safety preparation.
- Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work flexible hours and special events.
