NACG is looking for a qualified Journeyperson Automotive Mechanic to work at their Fort McMurray facility. Offering up to $62.70 per hour, this position comes with attractive benefits, including vacation pay and a $225 boot allowance.
You will specialize in preventative maintenance and repair operations for light vehicles. This hands-on role requires a valid Automotive ticket and familiarity with popular diagnostic systems for Ford and GM vehicles. As part of your responsibilities, you will also train apprentices and help maintain the safety and efficiency of the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance on light-duty vehicles
• Inspect for performance issues and faults
• Troubleshoot and repair various automotive systems




• Complete work orders and safety documentation
• Order parts for vehicle servicing
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's license a must
• Journeyperson automotive certification required
• Proficient in using online service manuals and diagnostic tools
• Robust verbal and written skills for communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
