Shift Schedule

Days. But can be asked to come in on an off shift or work overtime, if the business dictates it to be necessary

Responsibilities

- Apply technical expertise to ensure that the manufacturing process is correctly created prior to product launch
- Perform hands‑on troubleshooting on equipment and use the 5Y and 8D processes to ensure that the issue doesn’t repeat itself
- Create standardized work instructions and train production personnel on new processes
- Complete APQP‑related activities and develop PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and operator instructions

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a facility that has injection moulding processes
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Process Engineer or as a Manufacturing Engineer
- A degree or diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Familiarity with FMEA, APQP, and DOE




- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives; preference for someone who has Six Sigma or Red X Certification
