Con-Tech is hiring a reliable Shop/Yard Worker to facilitate daily operations in our construction yard. This role involves cleaning work areas, organizing materials, and assisting with loading and unloading tasks. Ideal for those who enjoy hands-on responsibilities within a friendly, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the shop and yard remain clean and organized
• Load and unload various construction materials and tools
• Help track inventory and control material usage
• Prepare necessary equipment and supplies for projects
• Conduct basic maintenance and inspect tools and machinery
Requirements:
• Experience in construction, yard, or labor roles is preferred
• Must hold a valid driver’s license; 1A is advantageous
• Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus
• Demonstrate a solid work ethic and positive mindset
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
