Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the positions of two Part-Time Grocery Clerks (24-39 hours/week) at our Food Store location in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Serve guests, stock products, face shelves, and perform cart retrieval as needed.
- Receive supplier shipments and products while adhering to Food Safe and asset protection procedures.
- Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean department by tidying shelves, bins, displays, breakages, and spills, and keeping aisles free of debris.
- Serve guests, stock products, face shelves, and perform cart retrieval as needed.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

- Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Able to fulfill physical job requirements, including lifting of 25-50lbs, standing, walking, and kneeling.
- Able to work in a rapid-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
- Possess a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
