As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will provide strategic and technical financial leadership across the organization, driving financial reporting, compliance, audit, forecasting, process improvement, and acquisition integration. - Provide technical accounting leadership and guidance, ensuring compliance with IFRS and group policies while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
- Lead the month-end close and financial reporting cycle, including reconciliations, analysis and submissions in line with group requirements
- Support M&A; activity and the integration of new acquisitions, working across business units to align processes with group best practices
- Develop and maintain accounting procedures and financial controls,



including accurate financial records and the use of technology to improve processes
- Oversee statutory and tax filings across all entities, working closely with the Tax Group and external advisors
- Coach and support finance teams on financial reporting standards, while overseeing working capital, budgeting, and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

The main qualifications for this role include:

- Formal accounting education
- CPA (CA), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting designation required
- 5 years of progressive technical accounting experience with IFRS
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems; NetSuite is an asset
