Main Objective

Build the MrInternationalFX audience and turn attention into customers.

This is not a scheduling role. We are looking for someone who can build a complete social media growth engine around the brand, personality, expertise and lifestyle of MrInternationalFX.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Audience Growth

Grow Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X Identify opportunities for organic reach

Study trends, competitors and successful trading creators

Develop strategies to consistently increase followers and reach

Build an audience that is relevant to the business

1. Content Strategy

Create the weekly/monthly content strategy Decide what content should be created and why

Develop content pillars around

Trading Education

Market Analysis

Trading Psychology

Lifestyle

Entrepreneurship

Personal Brand

Results / Social Proof

Turn one piece of content into multiple pieces across platforms
1. Attention & Engagement

Create strong hooks and concepts Understand retention and watch time

Encourage comments, shares and saves

Identify what makes content perform and replicate it

Build a recognizable MrInternationalFX presence

1. Conversion

Turn: Attention → Followers → Community → Leads → Customers

Drive traffic toward Telegram

Promote courses

Promote VIP memberships

Generate mentorship enquiries

Build awareness around future products and services

Track which content actually produces business results

1. Analytics & Optimization

Track views, reach, engagement and follower growth Monitor retention and content performance

Track profile visits and link clicks





Identify top-performing content

Test different hooks, formats and topics

Make decisions based on data rather than assumptions

Monitor comments and DMs

REQUIRED SKILLS

Non-negotiable:

Proven social media growth experience

Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok

Strong content strategy

Excellent understanding of hooks and retention

Copywriting

Social media analytics

Lead generation

Conversion strategy

Trend research

Community management

Content repurposing

Solid understanding of personal branding

Experience in finance, trading or education

Experience growing a personal brand

Short-form video editing

Canva / graphic design

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
