SMiiL Heights is looking for an entrepreneurial sales and growth professional to help build our patient-acquisition engine.

This is not a traditional dental, reception or social-media role.

Your job is simple:

Grow the clinic.

Our immediate target is 20 additional attended patients per month. You’ll be given a patient-acquisition budget and meaningful autonomy over how to use it—digital ads, community events, local partnerships, referral development, outreach, networking or another strategy you believe will work.

You’ll own the full growth funnel from idea to result, and success will be measured by:

- attended new patients;
- active-patient growth;
- revenue;
- customer acquisition cost;
- conversion; and
- return on investment.

- We’re looking for someone who is comfortable testing ideas, measuring results and quickly shifting resources toward what works.

Dental experience is not required. Strong candidates may come from B2C sales, business development, growth marketing, fitness/wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, telecom,



automotive, home services or another consumer-facing industry.

Compensation & Growth The role begins with a modest guaranteed compensation component plus uncapped performance-based earnings.
