We are looking for a friendly, reliable team player to join our Guest Services team. Working from home or our office (your choice), you will help ensure our current and future guests are given a 5* experience. This position requires you to respond to callouts to assist guests if required (which is rare!) using your own vehicle (compensated) or a company vehicle, and to answer after hours calls (phone provided) as needed. Phone calls after hours of work are compensated accordingly.
Duties
- Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email and booking platforms.
- Send quotes and manage bookings as required.
- Handle day-to-day admin tasks associated with guest stays, including lock management, communicating with building management, and assigning maintenance.
- Support guests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Arrange emergency services (eg. plumbing) as needed.
- Respond to callouts during working hours to assist guests.
Qualifications
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent English, written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
- Experience in guest services, customer service or hospitality.
- Legal to work in Canada.
- Bow Valley resident with excellent knowledge of the local area.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Join us in creating joyful experiences for visitors of all ages! We need coverage 7 nights a week, so this will be a job shared position (4+3, 5+2 nights). A work vehicle is available, or personal vehicles will be compensated at prescribed Alberta per km rates. Phone is provided, or a monthly stipend if you prefer to use your own. Extended health benefits with vision and dental available for staff working more than 24 hours per week, after a 3 month probation period. Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
