Job Overview

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type.
- Provide professional hair styling services including blowouts, and special occasion styles.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Mentor and support junior stylists by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in maintaining the overall aesthetic of the salon environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice on hairstyles and hair care products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients,



scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, maintenance tips, and product recommendations to foster trust and loyalty
- Keep abreast of current trends and techniques in hair styling to provide innovative solutions that keep clients coming back
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments.
- Educate clients on proper hair care routines and product usage for continued at-home maintenance.
