Responsibilities

- Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with enthusiasm and precision
- Perform esthetician services such as facials, skin treatments, waxing, and makeup application to meet client needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ preferences and offering professional recommendations
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area following all health regulations to ensure safety for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products related to hair care and skincare to enhance clients’ results and support business growth
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries with a friendly attitude
- Build lasting client relationships through effective communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to make clients feel valued and cared for




- Expertise in hair styling techniques for diverse hair types and textures
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in beauty services
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy
- Excellent communication skills to clearly understand client needs and explain treatment options
- Experience in retail sales within a salon or spa environment is a plus
- Proficiency in managing front desk operations, including appointment booking and phone etiquette

Compensation: $17.60 - 22 per hour, plus tips. Employees retain 100% of the tips they receive.
