We are seeking an energetic and talented Hairdresser to join our expanding team. In this role, you will deliver top-quality hair styling services, provide excellent customer care, and contribute to creating a positive salon experience. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while supporting our commitment to staying ahead of the latest trends.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client's preferences and needs
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment
- Upsell retail hair products and additional salon services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients,



and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks and provide expert advice on hair care routines
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques through ongoing education and training

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Expertise in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic workspace
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
- Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
- Experience in retail sales within a salon environment is a plus
- Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment booking and cash handling
