Bakery Partner / Founding Baker

This isn’t your typical bakery job.

I’m looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about artisan bread, pastries, desserts and baking from scratch to join me in building a brand-new bakery from the ground up.

This is a true startup opportunity. You’ll be involved from day one. From the build-out and equipment setup, to developing recipes, creating the menu, testing products, setting up processes and eventually launching the bakery.

I’m looking for someone with solid baking experience who understands recipe development, fermentation, consistency and product creation, but more importantly, someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and big ambitions.

If you’ve ever dreamed of opening your own bakery but didn’t have the resources or opportunity to do it, this could be that opportunity.

No investment is required from you.



The build-out, equipment and initial setup will be provided.

I’m looking for someone who wants to take ownership, have a real voice in what we build and grow with the business long-term.
