We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Head Basketball Coach to lead our basketball program with passion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.
- Lead team practices, games, and tournaments with enthusiasm, motivating athletes to perform at their best.
- Develop strategic game plans by analyzing opponents’ strengths and weaknesses to maximize team success.
- Foster a positive team culture centered on respect, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Oversee player development by providing individualized coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
- Coordinate with school or organizational staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and athletic regulations.
- Promote the sport of basketball through community engagement, outreach events, and recruitment efforts.




- Have Excellent communication with Parents

Qualifications

- Proven experience in coaching basketball at competitive or recreational levels.
- Strong background in teaching basketball fundamentals, strategies, and game rules.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of athletes.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to athletic activities and injury prevention.
- Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and community members.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring youth is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with swimming or other sports is a plus but not required; a passion for sports education is essential.

Pay: Head Coaches make $10,000 if team has more than 10 full paying players. Anything less the Head Coaches will cap out at $6500 Assistant Coaches can be paid up to $3500 for the season!
