Executive Director, Development and Partnerships

As a senior volunteer leader, the Executive Director of Development and Partnerships is responsible for the strategic oversight of the organization's financial growth and philanthropic activities.

The Executive

Director leads the sector responsible for all fundraising, financial operations, and sponsor relations, ensuring the organization's financial sustainability and community impact. Provide strategic leadership and direct operational oversight for the Finance, Fundraising, and Partners and Sponsors departments. Develop and execute a comprehensive development strategy, including fundraising campaigns and sponsorship cultivation.

Oversee the selection and management of relationships with charity partners. Uphold and enforce all staff policies, fostering a professional and accountable environment.

Fundraising & Development : Proven experience in non-profit fundraising, donor relations, or corporate sponsorship. Robust financial literacy, including experience with budget development and oversight. Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team and manage complex projects.





Relationship Management : Previous senior leadership experience in a non-profit organization.

Experience with grant writing or CRM/donor management software.
