The Director of Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health, strategy, and operations of the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive performance, ensure financial discipline, and support long-term growth through strong planning, analysis, and controls. Act as a strategic finance partner to the executive team Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modeling Support growth initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment analysis Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors and advisors Operational Finance Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance KPIs Support system implementations and process improvements Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Establish clear roles,
