Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve business objectives.

- Oversee daily operations across relevant departments and ensure smooth workflow.

- Lead, supervise, and evaluate operational teams to ensure high performance and accountability.

- Set operational targets and monitor departmental KPIs and performance indicators.

- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.

- Develop and manage operational budgets while ensuring effective cost control.

- Coordinate with senior management and departmental heads to align operations with business goals.

- Monitor service and product quality to ensure company standards are consistently maintained.

- Establish and improve operational processes, systems, and workflows.

- Manage resources, equipment, facilities, and other operational requirements effectively.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards.





- Analyze operational reports and provide regular performance updates and recommendations to management.

- Identify business risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Build robust relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders where required.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Support strategic planning, business expansion, and organizational growth initiatives.

Requirements:

- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

- proven years of progressive experience in operations management, with leadership experience.

- Proven experience managing teams, processes, budgets, and business operations.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong knowledge of operational planning, process improvement, and performance management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business/ERP management systems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Solid financial awareness and cost-control abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
