Head of Product – Digital Health Platform

Vancouver, BC (Full-Time, Onsite)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of an creative Digital Health Platform. This leadership role will drive the development of AI-powered healthcare solutions, secure personal health records, and next-generation digital health products.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare products while delivering exceptional user experiences for consumers, healthcare providers, and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

- Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap.
- Lead product strategy across multiple digital health platform modules.
- Drive platform scalability and future product expansion.
- Develop B2B healthcare solutions and future consumer-facing offerings.
- Prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.

Digital Health & Platform Architecture
- Define requirements for healthcare interoperability using FHIR R4 APIs.
- Lead product direction for secure Personal Health Record (PHR) solutions.
- Oversee AI-driven risk prediction and clinical decision support capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards.
- Define data governance, user consent, and secure data-sharing models.

Product Delivery
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch.
- Write user stories, define product requirements,



and manage backlogs.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Clinical teams.
- Define user experiences for:
- Mobile applications
- Enterprise healthcare customers
- Future provider portals
- Drive user engagement, adoption, and retention.

AI & Data
- Guide AI and Machine Learning product initiatives.
- Support wearable and IoT data integration.
- Define governance for AI transparency and responsible AI practices.
- Enable population health analytics and predictive insights.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.

Experience
- 7 years of Product Management experience.
- Strong Digital Health or Health IT background.
- Experience leading platform product strategy and roadmap.
- Proven experience with:
- Healthcare interoperability (FHIR R4)
- HIPAA-compliant healthcare products
- AI/ML-powered healthcare applications
- Wearables and IoT integrations
- Personal Health Records (PHR)
- Mobile application product management
- Consumer (B2C) products
- Enterprise healthcare platforms
