Position Overview Join us in our mission to connect the world through games and delight consumers with exhilarating social gaming experiences! Zynga is looking for an experienced Director of Product who can own projects, drive results and directly impact business performance of large‑scale games. As Director of Product for Hit It Rich Slots, you will be responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and owner of product outcomes for the team.

You’ll lead the proven game to its next level of growth and report to the Senior Director of Product for the Slots division. Define and optimize the game’s core monetization strategy, including virtual currency, in‑app purchases (IAP) and economy design. Direct the Live Operations roadmap, event strategy, and scheduling cadence to maximize player engagement,



retention, and revenue over the long term.

Coordinate game and partner team relationships. Lead execution of large‑scale projects with interdisciplinary complexity. Ensure team’s product decisions are based on strong analysis. Inform and validate roadmap/product direction through proactive customer engagement methods and Consumer Insights partnership.

Consistently identify product risks and develop mitigation strategies. Know who we’re building for and what will benefit them most. 7+ years of experience in product management in game development. ~ Ability to simultaneously handle complex design challenges across multiple projects/feature areas. ~ Capable of managing expectations and presenting effectively to the team and senior executives. ~ A strong manager who ensures reports receive mentorship, training, and feedback. ~ Passion for games and crafting fun, compelling, and exciting user experiences. ~ Experience with free‑to‑play mobile social casino games (slots, poker, bingo) is a plus. ~ What We Offer You Zynga offers a world‑class advantages package that helps support and balance the needs of our teams. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
