You'll have a direct line to company leadership, the autonomy to build processes from scratch, and a front-row seat to what it looks like when a high-performing startup scales at speed.What You'll OwnTalent Acquisition & RecruitmentLead end-to-end recruitment across all departments: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding coordinationDevelop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)Deliver an outstanding candidate experience; Keeping applicantsinformed, engaged,



and enthusiastic throughout the entire processResearch market compensation benchmarks and make data-informed salary recommendationsProduce candidate summary reports and hiring recommendations for department leadersHR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations across all countries where we have employees and contractorsBuild and maintain country-specific HR guidelines (public holidays, statutory benefits, health insurance requirements, etc.)Standardize and continuously improve our global benefits and compensation packages to remain competitive and attract top talentMaintain accurate, up-to-date employee records at all timesEvaluate current HR practices and recommend improvements for efficiency, compliance, and liability protectionPeople & CulturePartner with department leads to design onboarding programs, training initiatives, and professional development pathwaysHelp coordinate team culture-building activities; including virtualactivities, quarterly company-wide meetings, annual incentive trips, etcSchedule, track, and ensure the completion of performance review meetings in collaboration with each employee and their respective managerTrack and report on key HR metrics: time-to-fill, retention rates, employee engagement scores, and moreCompetitive base salary:
