Reporting directly to the Director of Therapy & Rehabilitation, this role involves assessing clients and developing in-depth treatment programs. You will document progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, and equip clients with knowledge about their care journey. Your role includes monitoring assistants to ensure quality therapy delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and regularly evaluate treatment goals
• Keep clinical records updated per occupational standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals




• Communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Observe and guide assistants in the therapy process
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Minimum three years of practice in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in in-home therapy and legal report writing is a plus
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
