We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Full time Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of style, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering personalized service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, an ability to build lasting customer relationships,



and a passion for luxury retail. Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment. - Provide personalized styling advice and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience. - Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products. - Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique is always inviting and on-brand. - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments. - Stay informed about current fashion trends, product offerings, and brand values. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. - Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications

- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for fashion and a keen sense of style. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
