Your focus will be on providing guidance across all departments, conducting risk assessments, and investigating incidents. This position is ideal for someone with strong knowledge in food manufacturing environments and a passion for employee well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide health and safety support across all departments
- Conduct risk assessments and workplace safety audits
- Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation
- Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff Requirements:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety laws
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
